Problems Printing PDF?

If you are using Internet Explorer and Acrobat Reader on a PC running a Microsoft OS, and your PC is hanging when atttempting to print the PDF form, try the following: 1) Right-click on one of the above links to aPDF file. 2) Choose "Save target as..." (your wording may be different) 3) Select where to place the file and save it. 4) Open the file in Acrobat Reader and try to print it.
