The tests and trials are scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, 2008 in Paris, Kentucky. This is Mary Law Weir's HOUSE!!! What a gal! The physical address of Mary's place is 116 Shawhan Lane, Paris, Kentucky.

Herding Tested is different that instinct testing. Instinct testing is a CERTIFICATE whereas HT is an actual title and is run as part of a trial. There are different requirements for this and you must run a course.

If you received the 1st leg of their AKC Herding Instinct Certificate last year in OH, they can receive their 2nd leg and certificate this year in KY.

We will also have a food vendor on site that is known for his local catfish, so snacks and meals are available.


The trial opens for entries on July 30, 2008 and closes September 3, 2008 at 6:00 pm. All entries MUST be submitted to the Secretary on an AKC entry form which will be available either on the AKC website or in the premium.
